He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Heath and Joe Ann Caskey Heath. He is survived by: his sons, Britt Heath (Lori) and Seth Barker (Christy); his grandchildren, Lorelai and Lincoln Heath; and his siblings, Kim Heath (Laurie), Teresa Wilson and Iris Gress (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
