She is survived by: her children, Melvin Witherspoon (Shirley) of Waxhaw, NC, Johnny Ray Witherspoon (Doris) of Lancaster, SC, Shirley W. Royster of Duluth, GA and Veronica W. Conner (Albert) of Winston-Salem, NC; her brother Willie Thomas Witherspoon (Lena) of Winston-Salem, NC; her daughter-in-law Sandra Wilkes; her sister-in-law Lena Witherspoon; her niece Mary Jackson; and also Vera Littlejohn. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
