She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Lemuel Gaither and Catherine Osborne Gaither; and her husband David Wayne Hartsell. She is survived by: her children, Gary Wayne Blakley of Winston Salem, Donna Lee Watts of Holly Ridge, Kirby Quinn Hartsell of Arcadia and Deborah Hartsell Owens of S. Carolina. She is also survived by Ten Grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
