It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Vlahos of Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Angelo Vlahos and Georgia Vlahos (Haskos); his wife Olga Vlahos; his siblings, Pete Vlahos (Katina) of Athens Greece and Mary Pappas of Asheville; his children, Georgia Wood (Greg) of Winston Salem, Maria Vlahos of Winston Salem, Ike Vlahos (Kristi) of Winston Salem and Katina Balatsias (Johnny) of Marvin, NC.; and his grandchildren, Victoria, George, Zacharias, Alexa, Michael, Chloe and Luke.
