He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence L. Capps and Anna T. Capps. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Ward; his siblings, Martha Ann Ford (Gil), Lawrence Jr. and Kirby Capps (Linda); his daughters, Jordan McNeill Capps (Brian Hoffman) and Anna Clayton Brant (Keith) of Carlisle, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Winston McNeill Hoffman, Harper Anne Hoffman, Fischer Gene Brant, Ford Walker Brant and Charles Thomas Hoffman; and his pet Annie.
