With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Genavea Waddell of Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on October 30, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gaither and Fanny Catherine Testerman Ball; her husband William Bryan Waddell; and her siblings, Giles Ball and Genalea Davis.
She is survived by: her sons, John Waddell of Kernersville and Terry Waddell of Rural Hall; and her brother Vaughn Ball of Winston Salem. She is also survived by four grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
