He is survived by: his wife Connie McBride Lail; his children, Randal Lail (Velvet) of Kernersville, James Lail of Winston-Salem and Angela Smith of Winston-Salem; and his sisters, Peggy Collins of Winston-Salem and Wanda Southern. He is also survived by his family and friends.
