He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Armstrong and Viola Armstrong Hutchinson; and his siblings, Charles, Gene and Ruth.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kristin Hill (Marc) and Jessica Armstrong; his stepson Eric Marlowe (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Nathan, Carter, Devan Marlowe, Brady Hill and Preston Gunter.
