She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Lewis Osborn and Eva Bonbright Osborn; her husband Richard "Pete" Siuniak; and her siblings, Shirley Guess and David Osborn.
She is survived by: her sister Maryetta "Petie" Kirby (Edward). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Robert F. Miller Center (3315 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27103).
