He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Henry James and Ora Lee Walker. He is survived by: his wife Eloise Walker; his children, Alaric Walker, Francis M. Walker, Jr., Donald Walker (Valerie), Samuel Billups, Kenneth Billups, Timothy Robinson (Deidra), Carol Barnes, Debora Billups, Dionne Robinson, Ciera Anderson (Olivia) and Daisy Robinson; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Walker, Christopher Walker, Justin Walker, Brianna Walker, Gashar Dixon and Chante Walker. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
