He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Woodrow Worrell, Sr. and Ita Alderman Worrell; and his brothers, Allen Worrell, Buster Worrell and Tom Worrell.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Chappell; his children, Allen Wayne Worrell (Crystal) and Laura Claire "Doty" Worrell; his grandchildren, Jordan and Jackson Worrell; his sister-in-law Connie Strickland (D. A.); his niece Tammy Ashburn (Billy); his sister Barbara Bass; and his sister-in-law Pam Worrell.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests simply raising a glass to a life well-lived and a ride well-driven.
