He was predeceased by: his parents, Enos Adolphus Jumper, Sr. and Helen Emma Crosby Jumper; his son Stephen Earl Jumper; his granddaughter Inge Marie Parker; his son-in-law Harvey Bowman; and his siblings, Elizabeth "Lib" Livingston and Bobby Jumper.
He is survived by: his wife Peggie Dezern Jumper; his daughters, Kathryn Bowman (Harvey), Dianne Everhart (Gary) and Cynthia Donley (Doug); his grandchildren, Greta, Jonathan, Gary, Jr., Lori, Jason, Angel, Joshua and Krystal; and his sister Helen Jumper "Peepsie" Ford. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
