It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emmanuel Lee Hooper (Winston Salem, North Carolina), who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Hooper and Nancy Hooper; and his sister Regina Hooper. He is survived by: his son Emmanuel Shelton; his granddaughter Emani Shelton; his siblings, Florence France, Faye Hooper, David and Herman Hooper; his friend Tonja Brooks; and his close friend Midnight. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
