He is survived by: his wife Karen Campbell; his children, Terry Scott of Midway, Mark Scott of Kernersville and Regenna Greenleaf of King; his stepdaughter Kristy Knight; his stepgrandson Aaron Nelson; and his sisters, Doris Roberts of Ramseur and Ann Burris of Albemarle.
