He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sr. Williamson and Doris Stephens Williamson; and his sister Deborah Ann Williamson. He is survived by: his children, Erik Williamson and Erin Williamson; his grandson Darrion; his sister Lisa Neal Myers; his aunt Thelma Russell; and his close friend Dia Stone. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and dear friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Bethel Baptist Church (1016 Trade St NW, Winston-Salem, NC 27101). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
