He was predeceased by: his wife Gaynell Burcham; his parents, Aaron Burcham and Beatrice Burcham of Winston-Salem; and his son Barry Eugene Burcham. He is survived by: his children, Mark Edward Burcham of Sydney Australia and Trisha Burcham Tally (Jack) of Germanton; and his grandchildren, Emma Tally, Jackson Tally (Anna) and Hank Burcham. He is also survived by his grandchildren as "PaPa", and a great PaPa.
