She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hendrix Lapish and Emma Tutterow Lapish; her husband George Vernon Laird; and her siblings, Major Lapish, Ila Mae Edwards, Ruby Schneider, Peggy Hayes, Patricia Ann Spivey, Stella Sue Lapish, Sam Lapish and John Lee Lapish.
She is survived by: her children, Mickey Laird (Bridget) and Renee Brown (Steven); her grandchildren, Bobby Laird (Brittney) and Selena Lanning (Kyle); her great grandchildren, George, Kyleigh Laird, Sawyer Lanning, Wyatt, Gavin Stillie, Ansleigh Johnson and Mattie Atwood; and her sister-in-law JoAnn Lapish. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
