He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Clifton Waters and Gaynelle Blanton Waters; and his brother Jack Allen Waters. He is survived by: his wife Amanda Waters; his daughters, Amy Baker (David) and Meg Parrish (Jeff); and his grandson Jonah Baker.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home/Trellis Supportive care in Winston Salem.
