It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Douglas Crater (Winston Salem, North Carolina), who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Monroe and Jessie Kimel Crater; his son Tim; and his siblings, Marvin, Bill, Charles, Norman, Don Crater, Evelyn Vickers, Mary Crutchfield, Ruth Goins, Doris Foltz and Nancy Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his daughter Jennifer Wilson (Hugh); and his grandchildren, Rachel (Chance), Jack and Mark. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
