With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris M Lewis (Winston Salem, North Carolina), who passed away on January 23, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Manuel and Lillian Manuel; her husband H. V. Lewis; and her son-in-law Randall C. Freeman. She is survived by: her children, Jan Lewis-Freeman, Teri Lewis and Derek Lewis (Ari); her grandson Randall N. Freeman; and her sister-in-law Exie Wall. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
