She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Harrison Longworth and Faith Kinnamon Longworth; her former husband Thomas Doyce Bray; her husband Kelly Chadwick; her daughter Teresa Muse; her grandson Thomas Dwayne Cain; and her great grandchild Dylan Thomas Young.
She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Bray Wright (John); her grandchildren, James C. Cain, Michelle Wright Young, Eugene Wilson Muse, Jr. (Leigh Ann) and Harrison Longworth Muse; her great grandchildren, Cali Oehman, Landon Oehman, Hayden Young and Layla Muse; her stepgrandchildren, Kayla Harrell and Caleb Harrell; and her brothers, Eddie R. Longworth, Larry Wayne Longworth and Stoney K. Longworth.
