He was predeceased by: his mother Dallas Stewart; his daughter Donna Kay Stewart; and his sisters, Dot, Delores and Debbie.

He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his sons, Donald Ray Stewart Jr. (Mandy) and Zach Stewart (Angie); and his siblings, Danny Stewart (Faye) and Doris Joyce (Frank). He is also survived by his loving Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
