He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his son Donald Kenneth'Ken'Jr. (Tabitha); his grandchildren, Caitlin Anne, Sophia Louise, Donald'Trey'Kenneth III, Naomi Maria and Lucien'Luke'Frederick; his brother Tom (Flo); his nephew John Kenneth (Judy Tisdale); and his brother-in-law Anson Matthews (Rick).
