He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Frank Bullins and Nancy Lucille Hall Bullins; his wife Barbara Ann Bullins; his son Richard Bullins; and his siblings, James Bullins, Cindy Hood, Kathie Sams and Peggy Norton.
He is survived by: his son David Bullins (Frances) of Winston-Salem; his siblings, David Bullins (Lori) of Trinity, Kenneth Bullins of Lexington, Larry Bullins (Deronda) of Thomasville and Brenda Walker of Thomasville; and his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Avery and Davina. He is also survived by four granddaughters; five grandsons.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jc Green & Sons Funeral Home (10301 NC-109, Winston-Salem, NC 27107). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (3250 High Point Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27107).
