He was predeceased by: his parents, David Meachem, Sr. and Ruth Meachem; and his sister Pam. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Whitmore; his brother Donald Meachem (Josephine); his children, David Meachem, III (Jenna), Adam Meachem and Christina Stewart; his nieces and nephews, Cydnea, Geri, Sylvester (Annette), Brian (Sharon) and Shonn (Rochelle); and also Pam. He is also survived by two grandsons; and one granddaughter; and a host of cousins, great nieces, great nephews, spiritual family members and friends.
