He was predeceased by: his children, David L. McCullough, Jr. and Caroline; and his brother William McCullough. He is survived by: his children, Meredith (Win Welch) and Jay (Nacole); his wife Carroll; his sister Katherine Trexler (Robert); his sister-in-law Jeanette McCullough; and his grandchildren, Caroline, Edwin, Henry Welch, Logan Hall, Eli, Jace and Asher McCullough.
