He is survived by: his children, Amber Blair, Brittney Blair, Josh Blair and Sam Blair; his grandchildren, Frederick Ford IV, Riot Davidson Ford, Randy Willie Maximus Ransom, Kristin Mary-Leigh Cicale and Nataleigh Cicale; his wife Mischelle Jenkins; his sisters, Melanie Kotlarsz (Tom Kotlarsz), Katrina Strickland (Brad Strickland) and Valerie Wasilewski; and his nieces and nephews, Tony Halloran, Preston Miracle, Davy Courson, Ashlie Nolisa, LeeAnna Beeson, Rachel Goins and Alyssa Courson.
