He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Johnson Raper and Doris Swaim Raper; and his wife June M. Raper. He is survived by: his daughter Darlene Raper; and his sisters, Donna Howerton (Norman), Dianne Hicks (Tommy) and Debbie Baker (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
