She is survived by: her daughters, Adriana Velazquez (Casey Mills) and Kelsey Velazquez (Jordan Griffin); her grandchildren, Hudson and Mel; and her close friends, Zane Shockley, Jessica McFoster, Karen Stoltz and Shayn Riojas.
