He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Raymond Woolsey and Ruby McRorey Woolsey. He is survived by: his wife Linda Woolsey; his children, Taggart Wayne Woolsey of Springfield, MO, Dannele Marie Vasquez of Omaha, NE, Talia Elizabeth Pritchard of Rogersville, MO, Tonia Lynne Barnes of Springfield, MO and Sarah Kay Woolsey of Winston-Salem, NC; his brother Bill Woolsey of Kansas City, MO; and his stepchildren, Jerry Wayne Saddler, Jr. of Glade Valley, NC and Christine Lynn Sidden of Glade Valley, NC. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
