He is survived by: his wife Mary Singletary; his children, Scottie Spruill of Winston-Salem, NC and Ronnie Spruill of Atlanta, GA; his siblings, Geneva Singletary, Herbert Singletary Jr., Ervin Singletary, Kenneth Singletary (Mary), William Singletary (Jennifer) and Howard Singletary (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Promize Spruill and Micaiah Spruill. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
