She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Richardson, Sr. and Martha May Allen; her children, James Earl Powell, Sr., Patricia Ann Powell Kershaw and Barbara Powell; her grandchildren, James Earl Powell, Jr., Jamika Powell and Daisy Richardson; and her siblings, Leroy, Jr., Thomas, Arthur Richardson, Brenda Dixon and Leslie Richardson.
She is survived by: her children, Archie, Anthony Powell of Buffalo, NY, Jimmy Reed (Jennifer), Kevin Reed of Buffalo, NY, Tyrone Prince of Buffalo, NY, Kenny Robinson, Robert Finny, Evangelist Constance Broadwater (Ralph) of Buffalo, NY, Katie Moses (Minister Mario), Cynthia McDowell (Alfred), Victoria Smith (Charles) and Janet Prince; her sisters, Jessie Powell and Sabrina Parks Davidson (Roy); her friend Jesse James; and her sisters, Anita Dixon, Queen Streeter and Janice Richardson (Joletha). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren; other family and friends.
