He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Clinton Kramer, Sr. and Irene Welker Kramer; his siblings, Andrew Kramer, Dolores Smith, Miriam Sopchak and Donna Fishburn; and his wife Joan Marie Rothermel Kramer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim D. Kramer (Lynne Miles) of Robesonia, PA, Karen D. Bowers (Jeffrey) of Hamburg, PA and Allison K. Staples (Jeffrey Wooten) of Winston-Salem, NC.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic a memorial service and gathering of family and friends will be held at a later date.
