He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jimmie Lee Buckner and Bernice Morrison Buckner of Thomasville; his son Christopher Hiram Buckner, Jr. of Winston-Salem; his granddaughters, Braylin Buckner and Gracyn Buckner; his siblings, Jimmie, Kimberly and Jennifer (Chris); his daughter-in-law Kaitlyn Brim; his nieces and nephews, Blake, Kaitlin, Kevin, Christopher, Cierra, Keilyn and Kynleigh; his aunts, Thelma Pemberton and Polly Warren; and his uncle Junior Morrison.
