He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Moore; his children, Kevin Moore (Cynthia), Christy Jackson (Tyrone) and Henry Mack; his mother-in-law Fannie Mack of Winston-Salem, NC; his siblings, Bobby Moore, Barbara Jean Moore and Francis Cobbs; his siblings-in-law, Jacquelyn Williams, Henrietta Willis-Hodge of Winston-Salem, NC, Carolyn Daniels of Boston, MA, NJ, Shenetta Robinson, Pactrica Minter of Winston-Salem, NC and Mark Mack (Patrina); and his friend Charles Settler. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
