He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Claude H. Hobson and Jamie Norman Hobson; and his sisters, Helen Hobson Steelman (Roy) and Lunda Hobson Honeycutt. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathleen "Kay" Davis Hobson; his sons, Gray Hobson, Jr. (Teresa) and Michael Hobson (Lauren); his brother Rev. David K. Hobson (Rausie); and his granddaughters, Eva Hobson and Ila Hobson.
