She is survived by: her husband Richard Louis Shapiro; her daughter Tanya Dellacona (Greg) of Kernersville; her granddaughters, Morgan Dellacona of Charlotte and Ashlyn Dellacona of Wilmington; her sisters-in-law, Suzanne Shapiro (late Jay) of Atlanta, GA and Cathy Stewart (late Ronald) of Lexington; her nephew Randall Synder (Kelly) of Lexington; and her nieces, Michelle Land (Leland) of High Point and Donna McNeely (Allen) of Clemmons.
