She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Howard Brown and Annie Lee Bailey Brown; her grandparents, Jonas Bailey, Cora Hairston Bailey, Frank O. Brown and Bertha Wilson Brown; and her daughter-in-law Shaneigh Latten Franklin.
She is survived by: her husband James Franklin, Sr.; her grandchildren, Nia Franklin, Bailey Lamidi (Raheem), James Franklin III, Elexandria Reese, Edward Reese IV and Jeffrey Franklin II; and her great grandchildren, Rahley Lamidi and Isaiah Franklin.
