He is survived by: his wife Julia McMillan; his children, Carlotta Clark, Sonia McMillan, Cary McMillan Jr. (Sandra), James McMillan (Pauline) and Ann Plowden (Edward); his grandchildren, Angela Clark, Donald Clark, Stephanie McMillan, Bryant McMillan, Tumeka Johnson, Jene Plowden, Keena McMillan, Shawn McMillan (Paris) and Maurice McMillan (Lori); and his great grandchildren, Jarontae Walker, Alana Plowden, Amani McMillan, Donovan Clark, Jalden McMillan, Andre McMillan, Niah Brooks, Nathan Brooks, Elijah Wilson, Jaylan Wilson, Nakia McMillan and Maya McMillan.
