As Carolyn departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Carolyn may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Carolyn leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dillard Spencer Amos and Sarah Lue King Amos; and her siblings, Katherine Amos, Sarah Amos Ephraim, Josephine Amos Caldwell, Barbara Jean Amos McRae, David, Samuel and William Amos.
She is survived by: her sisters, Viola Amos Ward of Winston-Salem, NC and Gwendolyn Amos Cole of Winston-Salem, NC; and her nephew David A. Ross. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel (822 Carl Russell Ave, Winston-Salem, NC 27101). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
