He is survived by: his wife Myrna Shepherd Phillips; his grandchildren, McKenna Phillips (Brandon Jones) and Ken Phillips; his daughter-in-law Stephanie Chadwell Phillips; his sisters, Carol Payne (Ira), Gail Turner and Sandy Wilkins (Carl); and his brother-in-law Glen Jones. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
