She is survived by: her children, Amy Saunders (Randy), Bradley Preslar (Brooke) and Abby Oakley (Billy); her grandchildren, Mack Oakley, Austin Saunders, Caroline Preslar and Emmy Preslar; and her siblings, Gene Varner and Kathy Nance Cook. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of the Piedmont in High Point, whose nurses are angels in the work they provide every day.
