He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Evelyn Jessup and Boyce Rogers, Sr.; and his sister Annette Rogers Speas. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Stone Rogers; his daughters, Beth and Lynn Rogers; his brother Lester Reid Rogers (Kathy); and his brother-in-law Teddy Speas.
