He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Edna Jennings and Alma Leslie Carnal Jennings; his wife Hallie Mills Jennings; his son David Wayne Jennings; and his sisters, Joyce and Ethylene.

He is survived by: his son William "Lewis" Jennings (Debbie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
