He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillie Jane (Smith) and Jonah Alexander Hutchins; and his siblings, Paul Hutchins, Clarence Hutchins (Buck), James Alton Hutchins, Katherine Hutchins Shugart, Willie Lawrence Hutchins (Will), Gilbert Lee Hutchins, Max Hutchins and Ronald Joe Hutchins, Sr..
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Lynn Hutchins Teal, Jane Hutchins Binkley (John), Linda Hutchins Robertson, Richard Hutchins (Joan), Norman Hutchins (Margaret), Jim Hutchins (Desda), Wayne C. Shugart (Sandra), Ronald Joe Hutchins, Jr. and Bill; and his close friends, Dreama and Larry Stack.
Due to the Pandemic, a family service will be held at God's Acre, Salem Moravian Graveyard with the Rev. Ginny Tobiassen officiating.
