She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Hester and Melvin Osborne Davis; her husband John Beck; and her sister Melva Dean Adams. She is survived by: her children, Steve Spear (Cindy) of Reedy Creek, Randy Spear of Winston-Salem, Bruce Spear (Tammie) of Kernersville, Sharon Carter (Daryl) of Winston-Salem and Brian Spear of Winston-Salem; and her sister Jane Davis of Winston-Salem.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hayworth - Miller Silas Creek Chapel (3315 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27103). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Silas Creek Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (3315 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27103).
