It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Louise Wright Holcomb of Winston Salem, North Carolina, born in Greensboro, North Carolina, who passed away on February 6, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles L. Wright and Isabelle Styers Wright; and her sister Jewelle Wright Gordon. She is survived by: her daughters, Melinda Allen (Dennis), Leslie Holcomb and Julie Holcomb; her grandchildren, Matthew Craycroft (Emily), Ali Boland (Zach), Kendall Madigan and Michael Madigan (Jenny); and her great grandchildren, Jack Craycroft, Isabelle Craycroft and Chase Boland.
There will be no public service at this time, but the family requests that memorials be made to Alzheimer's Association, Sunnyside Ministry of the Moravian Church, or a charity of choice.
