She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis W. Evans, Sr. and Ellen Bowman; and her siblings, Barbara Jean Evans, Dolly Mae Hairston (David), Lewis Evans Jr. (Minnie) and Bernard Evans.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jacqueline E. Spease and Carolyn Y. Cross; her grandchildren, Johnathan Spease, Sr., Jordan Crockett, Maranda Martin, Maria Martin and Chvna-Doll Cross; her great grandchildren, Cambrielle, Gabrielle Cross, Johnea', Johnnelli, Johnathan, Jaelyn, Jameir Spease and Jordyn Crockett; her son Monte Coker; her grandchildren, Timeka Spease and Timothy Spease, Jr.; and her nieces and nephews, Sharon Rawlinson, DoVetta McGhee (Fred), Angela, Michelle Evans, Lisa Kelly, Hurlon Bodger, Undrea Montgomery and Terrance Evans (Christie). She is also survived by several great-nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
