He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Felder and Berdie Lee Penn Felder; and his brother Robert M. Felder, Jr.. He is survived by: his aunt Alma D. Penn; his siblings, Quilla Smith, Frankie Cheryl Felder and Dexter A. Felder (Judith D. Felder); his aunt Doris Penn; his uncles, Willie Penn, Jr. and Thomas Penn, Sr. (Veronica); and his nieces and nephews, Kisha Felder, Kristen R. Peterson (Micheal), John Smith, Jr., Jonathan Smith (Floneva), Anthony Sanders, Martinique Felder and Timothy Ferguson. He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services will be private due to COVID restrictions, but the service will be live streamed.
