He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dianne Hatley Furr; his children, Andy Furr (Ashlee) of Greensboro, NC and Amanda Furr Smith (Shawn) of Atlanta, GA; his sister Peggy Furr Wilson (Bob) of Salisbury, NC; his sister-in-law Freda Hatley Smith of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Tate Furr, Avery Furr, Henry Smith and Charles Smith; and his parents, Alma Furr and Louise Furr.
